TSY Expert, Life Coach, and Mindful Meditation Facilitator

I am one who is passionate about teaching people to heal and nurture themselves in ways that are sustainable for a lifetime.

I also have extensive experience working with PTSD, and other trauma-related issues.  I believe that everyone has the strength and power to heal from traumatic events.  Their lives do not have to be defined by the experience; rather it be an opportunity to illuminate their embodied resilience.  Everyone has the capacity to feel whole, grounded and connected to themselves.  Being mindful to our bodies, nature and our own surroundings is pivotal in establishing wholeness within ourselves and others.

My focus for both Life Coaching and group yoga facilitation utilizing meditation, mindfulness, restorative yoga, and yoga philosophy to teach and heal both the mind and body.

I create a safe space to explore one's own needs with movement weaved in with meditation, mindfulness and focused breathing to provide a healing and transformative experience with both Life Coaching and yoga.
